Overly hiped and not that good - Beverly Hills Cop Reviews

I remember when I saw BHC back in 1984. It was so hyped. I kept hearing what a great movie this was and it was a must see. I remember about 15 minutes into the movie looking at my watch and wondering when it was going to start "getting good". I check my watch again about 1/2 way into the movie and wondered again, "when is this movie going to get good?" Then it ended and that was it. It kid of felt like going to high school; you keep hearing how great it's going to be and then it just turns out to be OK and then it ends.
